Executive Leadership Coaching

Situation:

An experienced executive-level manager, with a career spanning multiple decades and years of success stories, requested coaching to help him identify how to take his leadership performance to the next level, clarify his long range career goals, and identify priorities and steps to begin right away, while maintaining work-life balance consistent with his current stage of life.


Intervention:  

Leadership coaching sessions were conducted by phone at a frequency of approximately once monthly for a period of about 6 months.


Results:
