This program utilizes the Coping & Stress Profile as a tool to help participants identify their sources of stress, discover their stress coping strengths, and capitalize on opportunities for growth. This course creates a comprehensive understanding of stress, eliminates any misconceptions about stress management, identifies the level of stress and satisfaction in all four areas of life: personal, work, couple, and family, identifies ways to eliminate stressors or minimize the impact of unavoidable stressors, and builds upon current coping and stress-management skills to develop new coping and stress-management resources.

Work Expectations®

This course provides a way for employers and employees to establish a process for identifying and managing work expectations. Utilizing the Work Expectations Profile as a tool, this program provides feedback that will help participants identify their high expectations, share their expectations with others, take steps to realize their expectations, and adjust their expectations when necessary. The goal of this program is to help participants better understand how their expectations impact their performance and how to use this awareness to increase overall work satisfaction.

Suggested Audience: Individuals working in traditional employment relationships (versus self-employed) who want to explore their ability to communicate their work expectations to their managers. It is also good for managers who want to learn how to provide the kind of work environment in which employees and managers effectively communicate their mutual work expectations to each other, how they can take steps to have their own work expectations met, and how they can help manage the work expectations of their employees.
