Participants will also develop an understanding of team project stages, the challenges and communication breakdowns they may face, how to maximize productivity of team meetings, and how to manage their own priorities and tendencies.

Suggested Audience: Individuals who want to improve the efficiency of their workgroup and tap into each team member’s strengths. Especially designed for project teams with a definite start and end timeline who are experiencing difficulties due to team member conflicts or inadequate collaboration or newly created project teams who want to avoid such pitfalls.
